Expected Delivery Time
Orders within Pakistan typically arrive within 7–14 working days after confirmation. We offer free delivery across Pakistan.
Address Modifications
Once an order is placed — whether through cash on delivery or online payment — address changes cannot be made. We use various courier services and assign orders based on location-specific expertise.
Order Confirmation and Payments
Orders placed Monday through Friday require up to 2 working days for confirmation. Weekend and holiday orders are processed the following business day.
- Cash-on-delivery orders receive up to 3 verification calls. Unresponded orders are cancelled.
- Online payment orders undergo fraud screening. Declined orders are automatically cancelled.
- Tracking information is shared via email after shipment.
Order Cancellation and Modification
Customers may cancel or modify orders before processing begins. BodySync Pakistan reserves the right to cancel orders due to out-of-stock items, pricing errors, technical issues, declined payments, non-service areas, or suspicious account history.
